> Tom adds 23 years of diverse and broad experience to the hype team. Beginning with the hotel business, Tom worked his way through the ranks to become Director of Sales and Marketing at a local hotel while still a full-time Honors Student at University of Akron; double majoring in Business-Finance and Computer Science. Upon completion of his studies, he held positions in Software sales through the remainder of the decade. In 1990, he accepted a Director of Sales and Marketing position in the hospitality division of DeBartolo Corporation.
This foundation gave him the confidence to takeover a local appliance service and distribution company in 1995 that he built to be one of the largest in Ohio. Finally, after selling that business, he decided to return to his first love of marketing utilizing his operational experience for the benefit of hype's clients. Cooking, golfing, bowling, martial arts and any “electronic gadgets” help him relax in his free-time. He also loves attending his kids’ sports events and dining out. When he was 15, he moved to Cleveland from Albany, NY. Upon high school graduation he attended an "unfulfilling" year at the University of Toledo for mechanical engineering. When he’s not at hype or bartending at the Euclid Tavern, Matt is drawing, trying to find new design influences, snowboarding, dressing up like batman, sneaking carl into photos, and trying to find a girl to put up with him… ladies? |

> Sarah has recently joined the hype team as a consultant and has broad experience in customer service, office administration and management. Her natural poise and sincerity for building long-lasting personal and client relationships is a quality characteristic for the hype sales team. During high school, Sarah moved to Reno with her family where she graduated and continued to reap the pleasures of living out West.
After working at the Silver Legacy Resort and Casino for several years and missing her family who had returned home, Sarah moved back to Ohio in 2001. She now resides in Medina with her husband, Jim, his 2 teenage girls, and Zeke- a black dog who thinks he’s a cat, and is a mix of ‘no one knows’.
